This thoughtfully crafted table has a rotating top with an inlaid star pattern at center with wide inlays extending to the ends where they connect with half-rounds on a background of figured walnut veneers, the top twisting when unlocked by a spring peg below and opening to reveal 4 segmented storage areas, raised on a precisely turned spiral twisting standard atop a tripartite flattened base with carved shell-from ends, the outside ends with fluted carvings, listed diameter is of feet, diameter of top is 23.5 inches
