Part II:
Upon re-entry, I found myself within five weeks of my wedding…just enough time to enjoy all of the madness and alllll of the splendor. The entire celebration was a dream and one I didn’t have to wake up from for the following two weeks in Europe. The grandeur of the Italian and Swiss vistas with my new husband, Kelly, could not have been more romantic and inspirational on every level.
Below are images of special pieces (and some special people) in all of their glory. I borrowed many things from the shop for the celebration. They had arrived from Portugal, France and Italy to add that personal touch to our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. It was truly fulfilling to see them in their practical uses. How fortunate for me to have a treasure trove to choose from for all of the perfect details.
Enjoy my new home adorned with a few of my favorite things for the wedding, holiday-style, and final journal entry of 2015!
I have the best feeling about 2016!
Happy Happy Holidays!
