1st Quarter 19th C.
Having a round top with a slightly concave apron atop beautifully carved lion monopod legs joined by a shaped X-form stretcher, first quarter of the 19th century. Monopod legs are from the neoclassical periods and are based on Roman furniture prototypes and were popular in European Empire styles of the early 19th century.
